Soak up the sun with a peaceful paddle
Catch nature at its lushest from the comfort of a kayak. Now’s the perfect time of year to get back on the water or to pick up paddling for the first time.
4HR TRIP: Starting at Keystone landing in Richmond Illinois, this scenic 4-hour tour will take you through the Glacial Park. A great paddle for beginners and experienced, you are sure to enjoy this paddle that comes in at just under 7 miles.

Lake paddles: Enjoy a peaceful day paddling by the hour or the day. Open to paddlers and anglers alike our lake paddles are available early and late season and for private groups. Enjoy different local lakes while you or your group makes there way out on the water.

Fox River Canoe Trips
2.5 - 4 Hour Paddle
Our canoe trip begins along the fox river trail and will take you through the scenic Chain o' Lakes state park in Spring Grove Illinois. Coming in just under 6 miles with a stop for lunch at the picnic grove and enjoy a some of the best views in northern Illinois. Weekends only for 2023

- Same day reservations subject to availability (CALL 815-814-5155)
- Groups of 5 or more should call to ensure availability.
-It is assumed that renters are experienced paddlers, we do NOT teach beginners unless you are on a guided trip.
Due to COVID-19 there may be a delay in transportation we ask that our guests be patient and understand we are sanitizing our vehicles and rental/s per usual but limited seating in our transport vehicles may require some wait time.
- We DO NOT offer parking at our store for rentals/paddlers unless arranged. please park your vehicles at the end destination (Pioneer Landing or Lyle C Thomas Memorial Park) our parking is for customers looking to shop our store or pick up there order.
